Beth visit's Laura's Weight Maintenance Class.
In this picture, she holds their life-sized, five-pound model of fat.
Coincidentally, the same amount of weight that Beth has lost so far this week.
At HMR, students record pertinent data on the wipe board, including Meal information, how many fruits and vegetables they ate that week, how much physical activity they took part in, and, of course, weight loss/gain and total loss to date. Not, however, their weight on any given day.
From left to right,
Beth, Lucy Edson - our fabulous teacher, and Laura.
Beth goes for Make-over, Part Two!

Consulting with Rick Ayers of Casablanca Day Spa and Salon
In Sherman Oaks, CA.

Proud Rick who definately makes the cut!

Doesn't Beth look fabulous?
Simply Fab!!!!!
Waiting for Godot?
No!
Waiting for Lunch.
Lunch Du Jour:
Leftovers!
Stuffed Chicken Breast,
Beet & Carrot Salad,
Peruvian Purple Potatoes with Country Crock.

Boogie Wonderland at Slimmons!

Go Beth, GO!
I'll show you the door...
After class at Slimmons.
Other people go out for dinner after exercising,
Beth goes out for fire trucks!
Beth's new look is so "Hot, Hot Hot!"
That she needs a good hosing.
What's for dinner?
Mr. Simmons ordered up salad for all.
Salad is so good that even the dog likes it.
The make-over's are done,
Now we're out to have some fun.

Stop on by tomorrow... we have a change in our itinerary with grave consequences!
Love,
Beth and Laura
