Beth's Last Day in Los Angeles.
We've finished the last Day of Beth's Birthday Bash. But we did it in style.
We started with Richard's 'Project Me' and 'Sweat' Classes at Slimmons. It's always an honor and privledge to exercise with him.
At the end of the class, we were lucky enough to be at Slimmons on a day that Richard arranged for a Ballroom Dance Performance by "Atomic Ballroom."
The rest of the day was low-key as Beth prepared for an early morning departure.
But we did make time for one last meal out... at Laura's favorite Vietnamese-Food haunt.

	Every day should start with a healthy breakfast. Today's 'Bill of Fare' included Scrambled Eggs, Polenta, and Mixed Fruit - Strawberries & Apples - with a Nonfat Yogurt and Honey Dressing. The Polenta was an experiment... neither Beth or Laura had ever tried it before. Both agreed that it was "ok," but we wouldn't buy it again. But as Laura always says, if you don't try something, you don't know if you like it or not.

	"Atomic Ballroom" dance demonstration. They rocked the house, then taught us a number.
Richard graciously signed several foodmovers for Beth to bring back home. Mary and George... these are for you! Bet you didn't think you were going to get a mention, did ya?
	Lunch was a montage of leftovers. Turkey Sandwiches, Beet & Carrot Salad, Potato Salad (out of Peruvian Purple Potatoes), And Mixed Green Salad.
100% of the Dalmatians surveyed really like Turkey Sandwiches.
	Reality starts to set in as Beth packs.
Cosmos, watching Beth, is worried that his world is about to change.
	Sunny, on the other hand, is quite happy to help with the process. Not that he wants to see Beth leave, but any activity is fun.
Dinner at Pho999, a Vietnamese Restaurant that Laura enjoys going to. Order right and it's easy to stay on program. We had Shrimp, Crab, & Pork with Rice Noodles and Mixed Vegetables in a clear broth. Delicious!

It's the last all-nighter for Beth and Laura. Tomorrow, back to our real lives.
